A day with PsihoProfile



Each morning, after you login, while drinking your coffee (or tea, if you prefer) you can check your agenda for the day ("Attention, at 12:00 you have 10 psychological assessments to do!") or what you have planned to do for the next weeks ("Remember X’s birthday!"). After you save the company profile and the data of the 10 candidates whom you will assess, the most interesting part (your favorite!) is the analysis of the answers to the question "What combination of personality tests and inventories should I use for evaluating the 10 sale agents?". You can ask for support using the network ("You bet that some users already know the findings of research on this topic") or you can contact your supervisor ("if you are lucky, you will discuss directly with him using the videoconference system"). Not as before, when you used to have access (due to costs!) to only one personality inventory that you used for everyone, from the doorman to the general manager. Now you can choose between several complementary psychological tests and, more, you can administer several different tests to obtain a detailed and professional profile. All at a much convenient price, because now the four different tools cost less than you used to pay before for a single one! In addition, you can ask for support from the network members in order to make the best choice.

You already feel different, as a real expert, when you negotiate a contract in Euros, with three zeroes after the last digit! ("Speaking of the organizational diagnosis contract that I hope I will sign tomorrow!"). It is true that companies that require such an evaluation are scarce ("I should remember to promote my new competency on psihoprofile.com!") but it’s worth working for such amounts. The idea of integrating the components of the collective evaluation and of generating a customized organizational diagnosis report, in Word, with dozens of pages of comparative graphs is brilliant!

In PsihoProfile generating reports and analyzing them is a challenge and a pleasure! Not only they look better, but they are also generated in Word, and you can arrange and simplify them as you wish. Only graphs and tables cannot be modified, but you can place them wherever you want, you can delete redundant or useless information and you can organize the data as you please.

Once you have everything handy and arranged, being able to compile the results obtained from different tests applied to the same person, you can reflect upon certain dominant traits of the personality and upon the way in which the final profile should look like. Before, you were an operator administrating questionnaires, printing reports and stamping the notifications! Now, finally, you feel like a psychologist, like a real expert … and not just any expert!
